What happens when my trial ends?
With a subscription, nothing changes. Without one, the account becomes read-only for 90 days: everything can still be viewed, export still works, and no records can be added, edited or deleted except by deleting or resetting the account. The account and its data are then deleted, with an email 30 days and another 7 days before.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial includes everything and asks for no payment details, so nothing can be charged when it ends.
How do I cancel?
On the Billing page in Settings: 1 button, then 1 confirmation. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
