Terms of service

These terms cover the use of Orlo. Creating an account means accepting them.

Service

Orlo keeps tasks, money, health and growth in one place, where a record in one area can link to records in another. It starts with a 30-day free trial with full access and no card, then needs a paid subscription.

Who can use Orlo

Orlo accounts are for people aged 16 and over.

The vault

You're responsible for keeping the vault password and recovery phrase safe. Orlo can't reset the vault password or recover the vault. What is encrypted, and what isn't, is listed on the privacy page.

Subscriptions and billing

A subscription costs $8.50 a month or $50 a year, in US dollars, and renews until it's cancelled. On the website it's billed through Polar; in the App Store or Google Play, through Apple or Google. It can be cancelled at any time, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Subscribing during the free trial charges at once and ends the trial.

When a trial or subscription ends

The account turns read-only for 90 days: records can be read and exported, but none can be added, edited or deleted except by deleting or resetting the account. After 90 days without a subscription, the account and its records are deleted, with emails 30 days and 7 days before.

Deleting the account

Deleting the account, on the Security page, removes the account and its records, and can't be undone. A subscription bought on the website is cancelled with it; one bought through the App Store or Google Play has to be cancelled there first.

Refunds

A refund for a purchase in the App Store or Google Play is handled by Apple or Google. For a purchase on the website, write to support@orlo.center.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
