These Terms of Service govern your use of Orlo. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Orlo is a privacy-first life management application. We offer a 30-day free trial with full access, followed by a paid Pro subscription.

2. Privacy & Encryption

Orlo uses end-to-end encryption for sensitive data. We cannot access your encrypted content. You are responsible for keeping your vault password and recovery key safe.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($11.99/mo) or annually ($99/yr) through our payment provider, Polar. You may cancel at any time.

4. Data Retention

After your trial or subscription expires, your data is retained in read-only mode for 90 days. After 90 days without an active subscription, your data may be permanently deleted. You will receive advance email warnings before deletion.
